This Gig will include application for registration of your artwork (books, music, photos, videos, and other works of art) in the US Copyright Office. You need to buy all the parts of the Gig to reach the due amount ($5 + $40 + $40 + $5).

Registration is recommended for a number of reasons.

Many choose to register their works because they wish to have the facts of their copyright on the public record and have a certificate of registration.

Registered works may be eligible for statutory damages and attorney's fees in successful litigation cases of copyright infringement. Finally, if registration occurs within five years of publication, it is considered prima facie evidence in a court of law.

The Government Filing Fee may be $35 or $55 per application, depending on some factors regarding the type of artwork you want protection upon. You will pay this filing fee at a later time.
